Finally, my ITALY website finishED!

Since I started to learn webpage design about 12 years ago, I always used some software such as MS Front Page or Dreamweaver to build pages.  Even though sometimes it was needed to deal with some code in java-script or some asp application, I had never built a webpage with completely coding and without any assistant tools.  So this course gives me this opportunity to  try the basic and amazing HTML codes.  I did really have fun with them.

and finally..... the webpage assignment is finished.
Here is the final version's demo:

I am quite satisfied with what I have done.  There are three pages included:

The home page: index.html
The Rome city page: rome.html
The 404 page (which is my FAVORITE part!!!) 404.html

you could also try the Moodle link, which has a external link to ......  :)

It took me many hours from playing with my son or reading a lovely book in doing these webpages.  But when I see the final pages there, every hard work deserves!

Modifying the arrangement of blog

I changed the blog layout when I setup it.  the way is:
Design - Layout - then you can Add a Gadget and change the position of the gadget.

there are a lot of cool gadget.  At the begining I used a lot and made the blog too fancy.  Then I removed some, and it looked better then.

This is the current layout of my blog.  (for the Favicon, I use a customized icon instead of blogger's.  wanna know how to do? GOOOOOOOOGLE it.)

Modifying the colour and background image of the blog

(This post is a response to Blog Exercise 12– changing the colour of your blog )

I have changed my blog's background image to one that fits my blog theme.

The way to do it is :

Design - Template - Customize - Background - Background image + Main color theme.
